To finalize your reservation, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent within a maximum of 3 business days after you accept the rental agreement sent by our team following your booking request. The entire rental balance, as well as the security deposit, must be paid no later than 1 month before the rental start date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or online via Stripe (upon request).

Security deposit

When booking your accommodation, a refundable security deposit will be requested for your stay, the amount varies depending on the quality of services of the villa or apartment. This will be refunded to you after your stay if no incident has occurred during it.
