Elixir

Chalet Elixir is an architectural creation by Jean-Marc Mouchet, inspired by the elegance of French haute parfumerie. Located in the exclusive Cospillot area of Courchevel 1850, just 400 meters from both the resort center and the ski slopes, it combines a serene setting with immediate access to the heart of the village.

Covering 717 sqm across five floors connected by an elevator, the chalet can accommodate ten adults and four children. Its six spacious bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms. The master suite occupies an entire floor with a walk-in wardrobe, a private balcony, and a marble bathroom complete with bathtub, shower, and separate toilet.

The second floor is home to the main living areas, including a large lounge with fireplace, a dining room, and a closed kitchen complemented by a professional one. A heated terrace extends the space outdoors.

Lower levels include additional double bedrooms, a children’s dormitory, a ski room, and a garage.
